Terms of Service

Posqure performs a read-only assessment of a Google Workspace’s security configuration and presents a score, findings, and recommended fixes. It is an advisory tool: it does not make changes to your environment and does not guarantee security or compliance.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. To connect a Workspace you must be an administrator authorized to act for that organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not use Posqure to assess an organization you are not authorized to assess, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to reverse-engineer the service, or to break any law. We request only read-only access and never modify your data.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, a Merchant of Record, who handles payment and applicable taxes. Free-tier scans are limited as described on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact posqure@gmail.comfor refund requests, which we handle case by case.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Findings may be incomplete: some Google settings are not exposed by a read-only API and are marked “not assessed”. You remain responsible for your own security decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posqure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
